Making Exercise a Habit with Cancer

This video offers a short 7 min blog summary of my latest blog on habit science, “making exercise a habit with cancer”. Behavioural change is very hard, and habits don’t come easy, let’s be honest! Throw in the barriers of a cancer diagnosis, such as fatigue, pain, neuropathies, dizziness and lack of motivation; exercise as a habit is even more complicated. In this video we explore some current concepts in motivational science and habit formation. We hope you can find some small tips to break down barriers and make exercise as medicine just a little bit easier, and maybe even make it a bit more of a habit!
